Looking for roommates until July 10th. Two rooms available for rent.

I have two rooms in a 3 bedroom apartment that I am looking to rent. The apartment is located off of cypresswood drive in the suburbs of Houston close to the vintage park area.

One room was a guest bedroom and one a home office. I have converted them both into comfortable bedrooms for people to rent out. I work from home, but due to the corona virus I no longer have a position. I am looking to find roommates and rent out the two extra bedrooms. There is one large room and one small room with a shared bathroom area. In the large bedroom there is a bed already, walk in closet, and bedside table. In the small bedroom there are two bedside tables, a small closet, and cubby storage that can be used for more closet space, and two twin beds. I do have a very cute very friendly teacup chihuahua, but I am not accepting anyone with pets since the space is a bit too small for two animals.

The living room and kitchen are very spacious, and there is also a nice porch area. The apartment is furnished with also a washer and dryer inside the unit. I am looking for females only, non smokers, with no pets. This is a short term lease with the move out date being July 10th. Large bedroom: $650 including all utilities and cable

Small bedroom: $600 including all utilities and cable

Deposit for either room: one month rent ahead of time.
