Hi I'm Conor, a Musician/ Filmmaker living in Brooklyn NY. I studied film at Pratt institute and have played in various local bands in addition to writing and composing my own music. My apartment is my studio space and that means from time to time there will be band practice or music recording. Looking for an artist or musician to fill a room at 175 Stockholm st. The apartment is big with a hallway and living room shared. Current residents are filmmakers and musicians. Bands will practice every week but we keep to a reasonable schedule. This apartment has hardwood floors and tall ceilings. Gas stove, full kitchen and basement storage for bikes. They call the building the Tea Factory, it is famous for its roof shows and having a rich community of artists. There are often events on the roof but since we're located on the second floor the noise is not too bad. Very excited to share this space with chill creatives looking for the heart of the Bushwick music and art scene.
