Room and restroom all to yourself, even a fridge if need be. I respect and am considerate of others time, space, and schedule. There'll be a room between each of ours so there shouldn't be a worry about noise or anything, even then, such a discussion can occur as I am receptive to others critique. I keep common areas clean and expect the same out of respect, no I won't hawk you if you step a foot out of your room, this space is shared between the two of us.
