Starting from mid-September, I'm offering a space in a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment located at the namesake intersection of Five Points, just a 10-minute walk from RiNo. The apartment is part of a bustling neighborhood with an eclectic music scene, reverberating with life well into the night. Our block hosts a variety of food offerings - bagels, fried chicken, pizza joints, brunch spots, bars, and bakeries are all within a block, with easy access to the heart of downtown Denver.

You will have your own private room and full ensuite bathroom - see pictures of the room and ensuite bathroom below. The rent will be $1250 per month, a price that includes all utilities and your own assigned parking space.

The apartment spans 1000 square feet and comes furnished and fully equipped with many great amenities - see list below.

As for me, I'm a 30-year-old paralegal who enjoys books, movies, basketball, and having long conversations about anything under the sun. I’m looking for a nonsmoking, pet-free roommate who's up for socializing and wouldn't mind becoming part-time friends.
