I am a single father living with my daughter and I bought a home with my parents 2 years ago. 5 months after my parents and I purchased our home my father passed away. The home we purchased is very large and roomy. My mother and I discussed getting a roommate to help with the cost of the home. The home has 5 bedrooms and a loft. My mom, daughter and myself occupy the upstairs bedrooms and we have a large 160 sqft bedroom downstairs that we want to rent out. The bedroom downstairs has a bathroom next to it for the renter. I work 40 hours a week with the school district in Carmichael and have a pretty busy life with a mens group, friends and helping out my brother remodeling his new home. My mom and daughter are home 24 hours a day since my mom is retired and my daughter goes to school online. We keep a quite, peaceful home.
