Room for 420 friendly

It is a month to month with all utilities included, $900 per month with a $600 deposit. I do a verbal contract and do not require paperwork signing. Proof of income may be asked for.

The house is located not far from DTC near Arapahoe & Holly, in Centennial. I have rented the master room myself while renting the out other rooms here for over 16 years. Your bathroom is shared, the basement roomie uses it for the shower another only uses the toilet when my door is closed. The top bedroom level has 4 bedrooms, only 3 will be used.

Currently ages from 40 to 50’ish but we are open to younger people who are not looking for a party house. Including you it would be 4 total adults in the house. We are 420 friendly and cannabis will be smelt in the home. The 4th roommate prefers to drink, and is in the basement using the lower living room.

There is a parking spot in the driveway available. A few dishes and kitchen items are available for sharing. Half of the upright fridge in the kitchen is available. Laundry is available. Roommates usually stay a couple months to over 5 years. A few roommates have come and gone more than once, some still stop by for an occasional visit.

Sorry no couples, kids or pets. Cigarettes would be smoked on the back porch. Weed will be smoked indoors. No hard drugs or guns allowed.

Please understand, I have a 1 min (non-convulsive) seizure & then I’m out of it pretty good for 10 minutes about once or twice a month. One of the roommates has been an aid for over 15 years without much to do.

If any of that bothers you this simply is not the house for you.
