A large unfinished basement for $800 rent with bills included, only a $400 deposit.
With a living room with a smart tv, a full fridge, and a ½ bath just at the basement door.
4 rooms 2.5 bath plus the basement you would make 4 total not looking for more.

A queen bed in great condition, a table, 2 chairs, tv stand were left behind and easy to remove.
The heavy leather couch may not be so easy to remove. Laundry and driveway parking is available.
The shower would be located on the top floor shared with one other roommate.
Cigarettes are outside or the garage couch section. One quitting and is down to a few per day.

It’s a month to month rental on a verbal agreement, proof of employment may be asked.
Most roommates have stayed 1 to 5 years some coming back now & then over the years.
Two near 50 one about 35, preferring 25-50’s in the home.

420 friendly and do smoke.
Sorry no pets, couples, kids or lots of visitors.
I can work around your schedule for a visit.
