I am subletting my amazing Main bedroom with private full bathroom in a 2 bed/2 bath apartment locatedin Miami Beach (Collins & 58), you would share the apartment with a very sweet and organized girl. I decided to take an opportunity out of the country for 6 months and I would love that an organized, respectful and good women enjoys it while I'm away. The rent includes Wifi, Electric, Water, Cable, parking and cleaning service every 2 weeks. The room is furnished with a Queen size bed with storage and a super comfortable almost new tempur-pedic mattress, night stands, chest of drawers, TV with Roku and home theater. The building is located across the street from the ocean, laundry room in every floor, free visitors parking, social room, bay view from the balcony (breathtaking sunsets every day) and a pool on the first floor.
