I'm a single female is disabled not physically I have an anxiety disorder. I have two service cats who are very well behaved and trained. I know a lot of people do not want pets but they are my service animals that help me a great deal. I keep them cleaned and you would never know that there was a cat living there (beyond seeing them of course) I have excellent rental history never late on rent in over 7years! I maintain a clean room and even help to clean up the rest of the house. I am clean and respectful of everyone living in the home. I also pay regular bills on time as well.
