Myself (Claire) and my roommate (Lily) are looking for a totally rad person to join us on our lease this year. The ideal candidate will be a young professional woman who is clean, friendly, very respectful, down to earth, and normal.
A little bit about us~
Claire: I'm a 25-year-old female from Seattle. I do a lot of outdoor exploration and cooking/baking for fun and assist in the curation of a botanical garden for work (which should explain the plants in the apartment lol). Humor, direct communication, empathy, kindness, respect, and intentional living are important to me as a roommate, and I dig living with people who pretty well live the same way.
Lily: I was born and raised in the city! I'm 25 years old and work as an Event Sales Manager for Bowlmor Lanes planning/selling bowling events. I am very laid back and love adventuring, going out with friends, and having fun in the city. I am also very outgoing and social and can get along with anybody! I play on a volleyball league, do tons of activities during the week, and love to work out! I have a cat named Riley who is very sweet. I like a clean apartment and everybody doing their share with chores. Love to have a roommate that shares some of our same interests and enjoys the company of others.

Nice spacious UES apartment near the Q,4,5,6 trains. Apartment is fully furnished with the exception of the bedroom you would be living in. Previous tenant can leave bed and frame if desired. Closet space in bedroom and loads of extra storage space in the loft. New roommate would need to be respectful of the cat and plants in the apartment.
Apartment has a portable washing machine (no dryer) which is an added convenience if you're not super excited about lugging your laundry up and down stairs all the time.
Lots of comfortable living space with rooftop access.
