I'm a single professional woman who has recently started my own business. As such I am looking for a roommate to help me offset my living costs. I have a 2 bedroom condo with a private roof deck (outdoor space). Condo has recently been renovated with high end finishes. I also have nice modern furniture that I keep clean and would like to keep that way. I work from home about 2 days a week. I like to keep busy but I also enjoy cooking at home and having some relaxation time after a stressful workday/week. I hope you share the same value.

As a person I am very friendly and kind. I'm clean and hope to find someone who is equally clean. I don't mind a few dishes in the sink, but I cannot stand clutter so I hope you feel the same. I've had great luck with roommates in the past and have actually maintained a friendships throughout the years. I respect others and want a very comfortable living environment for both of us.

I'm looking for a female, ideally also a professional, who is clean, courteous, and responsible. My 2nd bedroom is currently furnished with a queen size bed, desk and bookcase. Each room has it's own private bathroom so we don't have to share :-)! You are welcome to rent with furniture for a little bit extra, or I can have the furniture removed if you prefer to bring your own.

Since my situation is temporary, I'm not looking to have a roommate for 6 month to one year maximum time period. I want to make sure that is clear upfront so people can plan accordingly.
