Private Bedroom/Bathroom in La Canada Flintridge- $1200 a month

Hi,

I'm moving out of my current unit and am looking for someone to replace my room. It is a 2bed/ 2 bath condo, and you will have your own room and bathroom.
It is a gated condo with in-unit washer/dryer and parking. The unit if fully furnished except your room, and newly renovated. There is also a cleaning lady that comes twice a month which my roommate covers at no cost to you.
My roommate (whom you will be sharing the space with) is a 30 year old professional who works in Pasadena. She has a small dog who is well kept, quiet and clean.
The lease is until Sept. 1st, 2020, and there is a one-month's security deposit upon move-in.
The apartment is available for immediate move-in, so please let me know if you are interested.
