Hi there!! I live with one other female around the same age as me. We both are busy people with going to work and being college students. We understand what it means to keep a clean home and try to keep shared spaces friendly. I love music, art, cooking. My roommate loves adventures, Minecraft, and has 2 adorable geckos (they have never gotten out of their cages).

We are looking for a person between the ages of 20 and 25 to move in by October 1st, 2020. The apartment is refurbished, the bedroom is not. It is located right next to the Evergreen State College, and the Evergreen hiking trails and beach. You will be living with 2 roommates. There is only one bathroom but there are 2 sinks. Drinking is ok, smoking is only allowed in privet rooms or outside. Wifi is $15, electric ranges from $15-$25, downpayment for the apartment is $436. Laundry is in the complex but it costs quarters. There is also a basketball and tennis court, as well as a soccer and track fried.

We are looking for someone who is able to contribute to household items, who are willing to help clean shared spaces weekly, and who is financially stable. Text me for more information.
