Available Room for Rent

Hey y’all! I’m looking to fill a room in the house that I rent starting out ASAP! The house is about 15 min from Downtown depending on traffic.

About the place: You would share a bathroom with one other gal and the rent is $800/month (utilities are around $130 on average per person). It's on the East Side, super close to the airport. the house was built in 2018 and is super open and spacious. The house is fully furnished minus the open bedroom. The neighborhood has a pool we have access to and is super new, walkable, and safe. 2 mid-size/large dogs and a cat in the house!

The ideal person: would be in their mid-twenties to mid-thirties, super communicative, kind, and loves animals. I’d prefer living with women/nb peeps but men if you want to pitch yourself, I’m open to listening! Very queer friendly. No dogs, but open to chatting about a cat or other small animals.

About me: My name is Hannah Jane (she/her) I'm 27 and I work as a concierge downtown and at home for a start-up. I love doing art, sewing, building and a myriad of other creative things! I have a big floof of a dog that will force cuddles on you and a cat that will grace you with his presence when he feels like it. I'm super laid back, enjoy being outside when the weather is nice and have a new hair color every few months!

About Maya: She works from home for a non profit but is soon switching to UX Design. She’s clean, laid-back, responsible and values open communication. She has a medium sized carpathian shepherd, thats 2 years old and such a sweetheart. Zita the pup does enjoy an occasional cuddle when she feels like it but most of the time she likes to be independent. Maya loves rock climbing, hiking, paddle boarding and any other outdoor activity. She also sings, play the guitar and several other instruments!!
