Good Evening, My name is Jennifer and I am currently renting a room in the Lovejoy Hampton area from a wonderful landlord who has furnished room for rent. Rent is on a week to week basis $100 a week due every Sunday by 6 p.m. with a $100 deposit. We split the water bill between us other than that the $100 a week covers WIFI, Washer and Dryer on site and full use of kitchen with a shared bathroom. I have attached a picture of the room. There are two cats here and a Pitt bull puppy who is the sweetest dog I have ever been around so dogs are welcome.
