This is a roommate search, roommates will be added to the existing lease. Roommates all pay leaseholder each month, and in turn leaseholder completes payment to landlord. Receipts can be provided at your request.

Additional Information: We are a vibrant household living our best lives in Bloor West Village and are looking for two new members starting December 1st! As this is a large household (6 people plus one puppy) you MUST play well with others. We would ideally like someone who is open to playing games with the house (board or video), watching movies in the basement theatre, and likes to keep things relatively clean - we have weekly assigned chores and always strive to pick up after ourselves.
Three bathrooms, a large back yard overlooking a ravine, back terrace, full kitchen, large basement complete with movie room, full gym setup ($20/month), and in-house laundry, free parking (driveway) and walking distance to Jane Station. We are also close to the highway, so getting around the city in a car is a breeze! This house is a quiet, peaceful place in a busy city.
