Looking for 2 roommates in Downtown Arlington !

Looking for 2 respectful, mild-mannered, responsible female roommates for 2 rooms in Central Arlington.

I have a smaller room at $850/month with a large walk in closet and the other is a larger sized room with big windows and lots of space at $950/month both with utilities included. Both rooms have access to a shared bathroom in the hallway as well as the rest of the house.
Great location ! It’s near major highways, entertainment, etc. Less than 5 minutes to UTA, AT&T stadium and Texas Live !
Washer and dryer are included. Big backyard. Large driveway.
Must be okay with pets, I have a large senior dog and a cat 😊
