Looking For 3rd Roommate for July 1st Lease:

My roommate Oliver and I (Corey) are looking for a roommate to take the spot of the guy who is moving out. Looking for a fun, chill guy around our age (24-26) who is looking to sign a July 1st lease for 1 year.

We both work in fintech, Oliver in Sales and I am a Software Engineer. We are both into running, skiing/snowboarding. We love to try new spots around the city whether its getting good food, finding fun spots to go out or checking out a new area.

Oliver is from NYC, went to University of Oregon, lived in Chicago for a year, and then moved back to NYC last year. I am from Minnesota, went to school at Marquette University in Wisconsin, and moved to the city about 2 years ago.

We live in Kips Bay / Murray Hill area at 495 3rd Ave, New York, NY, 10016. The apartment is a 3 bed 1 bath, 5th story walk up with dishwasher. The apartment is part of The Collective and we have access to a fully furnished rooftop in the adjacent building along with laundry here too.

We are looking for someone to take the last room in the video in the post. Included in this room will be the bed frame (helps make the of the space) and the couch chair (also folds down into a single bed futon). This room has overhead window, in-wall A/C, and closet. The rent for the room is $1840
