Looking for a great new place to call home? We have a cozy private room opening up in our spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bath apartment near Bathurst & Warwick. Move-in is flexible starting November 1st, 2025.

Rent: $890/month (includes internet) + hydro
(Annual rental increase happens every January 1st)

Location: Less than a 10-minute walk to the new Eglinton Line (opening soon!)

Lease: 6 months to start, with the possibility of extending.
Upfront: Last month’s rent required to hold the room, first month due on move-in.

You’ll share one bathroom with another roommate

Quiet, clean building (no parties)

Great common space for movies, shows, video games, and the occasional hangout

🎨 About Us / What We’re Looking For
We’re both creative, laid-back, and clean. One of us recently finished a short film that’s been in festivals, and the other completed their first documentary. We love movies, music, games (video & board), and nerdy fun.

We’d love to live with someone who is:

Late 20s / early 30s or older

Enjoys hanging out sometimes, but also respects quiet time

Has an artistic or creative side (bonus points if you make art yourself!)

Extremely clean and respectful of shared spaces

Non-smoker / non-vaper (strictly no exceptions due to allergies)

Okay with a no-pets household (allergies again)
