Our Echo Park house is in a prime location! We live two blocks away from Sunset Blvd, very close to Walgreens, Lassens, and Vons. The house itself has 6 rooms but is only zoned for 4 people so we have lots of space. We have a cute back yard, nice view of LA, two full living rooms, and a kitchen. Every roommate gets their own bathroom and there is always street parking + parking in our drive way. Rent is $1200 + utilities (gas, electric, Wi-Fi).
