I have a 1 bedroom apartment and I'm looking for a roommate to take the one bedroom and I will use the sofa bed in the living room. My apartment complex has tons of parking, a dog park, a pool, and gym! Laundry is available in the building and the complex has a community center that puts on fun events and giveaways each month. I am preferably looking for a woman roommate (especially since I will sometimes have my girls staying) and ideally a non-smoker with no pets.
