I am renting one bedroom of two in a 2,100 sq. ft condo in Preston Hollow. 2 Minutes from North Park Mall, a minute from Preston Center, and 10 minutes from downtown! Quiet location! Updated Kitchen and Appliances. The bedroom I am renting has its own full bathroom! I will be providing furniture, but if you would like to bring your own that works great as well! The condo itself has two bedrooms, a dining room off the kitchen, the main living room, and then a separate living room attached with french doors and built-in bookshelves. Large windows throughout the whole space. Utilities are included in rent. Comes with a parking space that is covered! The bedroom is about 10 ft by 13 ft. and has one closet.
