My name is Praneeth.

I am looking for a roommate to take on a lease for six months or a year(preferably). Preferred neighborhoods are Downtown Brooklyn, Brooklyn Heights, Cobble Hill, Boerum Hill, Fort Green, and Clinton Hill. My budget is up to $2200 a month.

I am a research scientist at an NYC climate resiliency city project. I am a workaholic. During the weekdays, I just literally come home to sleep. I enjoy cooking Italian food and am a big fan of white and sparkling wine. I like making art, socializing, and meeting with friends on the weekends, but I respect your space and agree with each of us doing our own thing. As a roommate, I'm pretty easygoing and communicative. I am not a morning person, but I leave early to work on weekdays, so I would appreciate quiet space after 11 pm. I'm great with pets. I am also thinking of getting a cat soon.
