Shared kitchen and living room is on the first floor, with access to laundry in the basement. Everything is furnished, so additional pieces are not needed. Full 2nd floor:
- front bedroom (fully furnished with queen bed, dresser, 2 closets)
- office (furnished with desk/chair, 1 closet)
- bathroom (includes big countertop vanity, bathtub with handheld shower)

Shared 1st floor:
- living room (furnished with couch and TV)
- kitchen (includes gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, kitchenware/diningware)

- washer/dryer accessible anytime (in open area, where stairs are)
- housemate (myself) has their own private bedroom/bathroom and back entrance
