After 6 years, I'm moving out of my apartment (sadly) & looking for a fantastic someone to take over my room.

The apartment is a 3-bdrm w/ a huge kitchen, lot of natural light & an additional storage room. We have an array of shared services for streaming on cold winter nights & a great fire escape when you want fresh air in the summer.
Rent is $1015 + utilities

Your roommates would be two late-20's guys: one is in grad school & the other works for The Late Show. They're super chill, clean & incredibly easy to get along with.

The neighborhood: the apartment is on the edge of Prospect Heights near Washington & Park Place. It is:
- An easy walk to the 2/3 (BK Museum), 4/5 (Franklin Ave), B/Q (7th Ave), & C (Clinton-Washington) trains.
- Walking distance to Prospect Park & the BK Museum, Library & Barclays/Atlantic terminal.
- Close to a lovely array of bars, restaurants, cafes, and laundromats!
