Evan - $800/month

I work a 9–5 during the week and usually have a part-time job on the weekends. I typically spend an hour or two on Sundays doing a deeper clean and meal prepping for the week. I spend a few nights each week with my girlfriend and don’t host friends very often.

Ideally, I’d like a roommate who is social and someone I can be friendly with, but the most important thing to me is living with someone who is clean, responsible, and respectful of shared spaces.
