Blazer D - $750/month

I am a retired individual, but stay very active and I am an entrepreneur presently in the process of perhaps starting my own online business. I am quiet, but do occasionally entertain others. The community I am looking to reside in is an all adult community and income restricted. I qualify for the one bedroom, but there's not one available. The two bedroom just may be the ticket. The complex is in a good area, convenient to 290, i-10, downtown, etc. The rent is all inclusive, no additional fees with the exception of the electric provider and of course choice of wifi company. The parking is gated and the building has two elevators.
Physically, I am what I describe as having a dad body, rather slim, and prefer similar. I do have COPD which is a burden at times and limits my physical activity, but nothing so serious as of now. I'm 5'9" and weigh 180#'s.
