Roommate needed

Hi, Im a 23 year old student in the Denver area. My current roommate is moving out in July and I am resigning the lease. I'm clean, quiet, and like music art and a good Tv show binge. I work and go to school so I am gone most days and looking for someone who is chill and clean. the apartment has large windows and a nice living room, secure entry and a shared laundry room. there is off-street parking but its limited and I park on the street, but its a pretty chill neighborhood and very walkable
