My roommate and I (M, 25/27) are looking for someone to fill the third bedroom in the condo. We both work from home. It's a really great space and is located in a secure and newer (2005 era) apartment complex in North Hollywood. We like to keep things clean and minimalistic. Utilities are shared among the three of us. Our current roommate is moving out by April 1st--so I'm starting to put the feelers out and hoping to find a great roommate to fill the third room, which has its own adjacent bathroom.
