Hi, I’m Meredith! I own a condo in Old Town and my current roommate is moving in with her boyfriend this summer, so I have an open room! My current roommate is one of my best friends and I’m hoping for a similar friendly dynamic with my new roomie as well!!
The unit is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom walk-up building. It's about 1450 square feet, so relatively large, plus a deck that's over 200 square feet. Rent would be $1200/month + split utilities ($50/month give or take). Because I own the place, I'm flexible on move-in dates - anywhere between late June and August work for me!
