Available Room for Rent

Roommate Wanted - $900 (this includes utilities)

My 2 dogs and I are looking to share our house with someone. I would like to rent out my 2 front bedrooms and bathroom. I would prefer to rent to one person, if possible. You can use one as a bedroom and the other how you wish. Maybe a sitting room, storage, closet. The rooms are available now. I am recently divorced and work for a local plumbing/hvac company in the accounting department. I do hope that someone out there is willing to take a chance and share my home with me.

All utilities included (water, electric, internet, television). Garage parking. Access to common areas (such as laundry/kitchen).

Credit/background check and $500 deposit required (refundable upon move-out)
