Thanks for visiting our profile. Live in the heart of it all, where old & new New York join forces. We are on the same block as the World Trade Center, steps away from Oculus (dining and shopping), an 8 minute walk to Stone Street (an array of restaurants & bars) & Wall Street is around the corner as you spot the famous "BULL". You'll be living in a 1600 sq ft, 3 bedroom apartment with hardwood floors, a washer/dryer in the unit, a dishwasher, an amazing common area & great folks.

A little about us: We are 3 young adults who are very easy going, (4/20 friendly), and work a lot. We like the house to be very clean at all times (no messy folks please), enjoy the occasional prosecco and game night, and watch movies in the living room.
