We have a cozy two-bedroom apartment near USFCA available for rent. The room can comfortably fit two twin beds, perfect for sharing with a roommate. The rent is $940 per person if you choose to share the room, or $1700 if you prefer to have it all to yourself. The lease starts on June 1st!

About us: We're two college-aged girls attending USFCA, looking for like-minded roommates to share this space with. We're tidy, responsible, and love to maintain a positive and friendly atmosphere at home.
