I work Mon-Fri 9-5 and I am pretty quiet, I keep a tidy home all though sometimes if my schedule is hectic my house can be hectic as well. My youngest son has a room at my apartment as well but will be out of the country for 10 months. So for the majority of the time it will just be us. Full access to the bathroom, kitchen and in house laundry. Again I am quiet and looking for someone similar but not opposed to building a friendship. I do have a dog who is a boxer so expect lots of butt wiggles, he is at daycare of a day while I am at work. I currently live in an apartment community, you will need to pass their background screening and be added to the lease.
