Hey there, I'm Jeff and I'm looking to fill two of the bedrooms in my three bedroom place. I'm a 34 year old gay man who lives in Jersey City and works in downtown Manhattan. I work in the fashion industry with a standard 9-5 schedule, but often work late or travel for various events. I'm a pretty outgoing extroverted kind of guy so I tend to socialize a lot both in and out of the office. Although I like a good night out on the town, I rarely bring the party back with me and if I do, it's after discussing it with my current roommate. When at home, I prefer to relax and watch TV or listen to music. I think developing a friendship leads to a better living scenario, but not a deal breaker if that's not your thing. Ideally, it would be great to find two roommates on the same page about hanging out / having people over as that's what I have at the moment. I'm a fairly easygoing guy who doesn't sweat the small stuff and prefer to laugh things off and typically tend to get along with like minded people. The building I'm in is about two years old and has some incredible amenities, plus the apartment is about 1700 square feet so plenty of room for everyone.
