Beautiful top unit to share in West-End, All-Inclusive, $1350
The unit is furnished. Art, plants, books and personal items are welcome!

Location: Oakwood Village / St Clair West Village

Room: The room is facing the west looking over a huge lovely tree and the parking lot. Pretty bright both in the morning and evening. The room has a closet. (The dimensions of the room are 11.2 x 9.2 plus the closet 4.2x2) There’s also a separate closet we can share for shoes and coats at the entry of the unit.

The bedroom will be unfurnished. But if you don't have your own furniture I can provide a bed, desk, nightstand and dresser for 2 months but after that, you'd have to have your own.

Ceiling fan in the bedroom. AC is available. Rent includes all utilities. Laundry (shared with other two units) on-site.

Access: There are a few steps leading up to the front door and then 3 flights of stairs (with turns on each floor) leading to the unit.
**10-15 mins walk north of St Clair. 2-5 mins walk from Oakwood or Vaughan Road and bus stops. Close to St Clair West Subway (via Vaughan bus) and Ossington Subway (via Ossington or Rogers bus) Close to No Frills, LCBO, Shoppers, Dollar Store, Coffee Shops, Library, Cedarvale Park.

Me: I'm a designer & artist. I work from home 2-3 days a week. I also try to create time for my hobbies like going for a walk, reading, photography, yoga, cooking, watching movies, and meeting/having my friends over. I also do local trips for a few days every month or so.
I’m an open-minded, kind, clear communicator person. I value friendliness, and respect for another person’s space.
Cleaning is one of the most important things for me, I care about tidiness. I always clean after myself and keep a clean/organized look in the unit. I’d love to live with someone who values these things.
