My roommates and I are looking for two people (preferrably Female) to fill two bright, spacious rooms in our apartment.
All rooms fit a queen size bed, desk, dresser and have a large built in closet!
Rent is $1000 with utilities INCLUDED
We are an easy going, fun apartment - We like to socialize and hang out after work, but we respect people's personal space as well and keep the noise to a minimum.
We like to watch tv together, grab a drink sometimes. (Monday's are Bachelor nights)
We sometimes go out together too on the weekends, other times, keep to ourselves, especially when we're busy or during the week.

2 Rooms in Bright, Spacious Manhattan Apartment
We are looking for someone to replace 2 of our roommates from 10/1 onwards.
Doorman/Elevator building, with laundry on-site. Rent is $1000, all utilities included. (+One month security deposit). Grocery store in building as well.
The apartment is a very spacious 5BR/2Bath, conveniently located on 110&Madison, just 2 blocks from both the 6 and 2/3 trains. One block from Central Park!
The rooms are around 12x8, with a full size closet, and a window. Added bonus - large living room and kitchen.
All bedrooms fit a queen size bed, dresser, and have an inbuilt closet.
Current roommates are in their 20s (2 guys, 3 girls), all working full time and are social and friendly. We usually hang out after work, watch some tv, or grab a drink. But we are also respectful of personal space and keep the volume under control if needed.
