Available Room for Rent

Seeking female roommate ASAP!

Current roommate is moving elsewhere with her boyfriend! Cute 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment located right next to the infamous 4th street in LB. It’s a really nice area just blocks from the beach and within walking distance to almost everything you could need. The complex has 16 total units so it’s pretty quiet and all the neighbors are nice. We have our own patio area outside, a shared grill in the common area, shared laundry room, and parking is free as we always have street parking! The unit has a dishwasher, built in microwave and is fully furnished other than the room for rent :) I have two small dogs so unfortunately no other animals would be allowed. As far as bills go, we pay for internet, electricity, water/trash, and renter’s insurance and everything comes out to around $75 each per month. The lease is month to month but I would like to find someone who can stay here for at the very least 12 months.

The only real requirement is that you have a credit score of 700+ per my landlord.
