Haydon L - $2,000/month

Looking for roommate to move into my empty bedroom in my Stuytown Apartment.

Hi,

I am a 31M looking for a new roommate to move into my Stuytown apartment in April 2025. I currently live with my 5 year old french bulldog, and my current roommate is moving out of the city and is leaving behind their bed, bedframe, desk, and office chair. There is a dishwasher in unit, with laundry/dryer in the building. The rent for the room is $2000 a month with no security deposit requirement.

The apartment is about a 5 minute walk to the nearest station (1st ave station) and very easy to commute to union square.
