Hi everyone, we have a spacious room for rent in a three bedroom apartment in prime Williamsburg location available now or beginning of March. The contract is month to month. We are subsiding the cost for for month of March so the cost would be $975 for the first month. Subsequent months would be $1400 per month.

There are amazing bars, restaurants, shops and delis around. You couldn't be in a more lively area. We are 5 minutes walk from McCarren Park and the area is really quiet and nice to hang out during the day.

Sunny room in prime Williamsburg
THE ROOM
The room is big, with a lot of light and window facing a backyard. There is a big closet and a lot of storage space for you. You also have AC, heater and fan. The room is $1400/month. However, we are subsiding the cost for the month of March to $975. There is also the possibility to move in for the last week of February. The contract is month to month.
THE APARTMENT
It's a two floors apartment with lots of light and fully equipped with AC and heating. On the first floor there's the kitchen, dining room, living room, one bathroom and two bedrooms, one is yours. Downstairs there is another room, where Marcelo lives. We have a lot of plants and the spaces have lots of light. The building has a laundry room with washing and drying machines. To make it a home, we keep the house clean and organized.
The building has a garage available for rent.
