Hi. I'm returning to NY after a couple of years away. I'm quiet and easygoing, keep the apartment clean and shared spaces neat, and got along well with my previous roommates. Will be working outside of the house most weekdays.
I have a long-term partner who lives out of town, and we plan to visit each other alternating weekends (one weekend he's over, the next you'll have the apartment to yourself).
Note - planning to look at apartments and move in mid-December (live out of town so can't commit earlier).
