I'm Janiece; I'll be moving from HTX. Just looking for someone who can be a roommate but also a friend to explore the city with or have wine with every once in a while. I'll need to stay downtown or close since I'll be going carless. I'm willing to pay extra for an updated apartment, even better if there's a view of the lake/river.

I work from home and would need someone who can respect that. I don't expect or even want silence 24/7 but I'll need some consideration during my work hours 🥺 Also would like someone who is relatively clean. Like at the very least keeps the common areas pretty clean. Otherwise I'm open to everything else. I don't care about gender.
