Hi my name is Angel, I'm currently looking for someone to take over my lease for 1 room. Women only (she/her/they). Move in februrary 1st. Optional (fully furnished)

-6 floor walk up
-utilities costs: $27.50 wifi + approx $80 electricity
-pet ok
-soaking bathtub
-subways nearby: Q/6 -both 7 min walk
-great location: felt safe walking out at night super late, quiet neighborhood, grocery store and Duane reid (24hr) 2-5 min walk, super easy access to rest of Manhattan

If you want to move in the costs:
1st month rent + deposit + 500 processing fee=3,795

Please note:
- extra cost if you want it fully furnished it comes with all furniture in the pictures, including ac unit
-my roomate has mainly outfitted the kitchen with everything needed (toaster oven, microwave, kettle, plates etc)

Here's a little more about me. I'm originally from Michigan and spent my university years living in Baltimore where I attended Johns Hopkins University and received degrees in Classics, History of Art, and German. I grew up speaking English and German so if anyone wants to learn German or practice I’m available :D I have a passion for travel and experiencing cultures outside of my own. I love art and visiting museums and can’t wait to spend hours combing through NYC’s offerings. I’m sociable but I do like to have downtime and would like to be friends with my roommate(and hang out sometimes.
I work as an ESL teacher when I'm not swamped with grad work. I’m an absolute sucker for reality tv (the real housewives franchise is just *chef’s kiss* so good) and anything Austen-related (I’m always down for a P&P night)! For those who need it, I’m a Leo sun, Aquarius moon, and Virgo rising :D"
