-I do not smoke, or do drugs, I do have occasional drink socially.
- l have lived alone for the past 5 years and love it (recently acquired a puppy 8 months old now for companionship), however with rising cost of rent I have realized that going back to having a roomate may be ideal. I have had a number of roommates over the years in college and post college (1-3) with no issues, one of which is my best friend now.
-I intend to start grad school fall 2023
-I’m really just needing a roommate to help me save up for buying a house.
-I have an excellent rental/tenant history.
-I’m a very clean/organized person.
