I have a two story townhome in a quiet neighborhood in Chandler and I’m renting out my extra bedroom for 3 to 6 months. The room is available in February and will not be furnished. It is 10ft by 9ft and has a huge wall to wall closet with lots of storage space. The room is carpeted and has vaulted ceilings and has a lot of natural light.
