Looking for a roomie
I have a room to rent out in my house located on bethany. Unfurnished room with a shared bathroom. It is close to everything, making it easy to plan your stay. Easy access to the light rail. Located 5 min from Midtown, Phx. 15minutes away from Downtown, Phx. 2 minutes away from spectrum mall. Perfect for any college students it’s only 7 minutes away from GCU and only 13 minutes from the UofA Phx campus. Asking for $900 let me know if anyone is interested. I’m working majority of the time, but will def make minimal conversation and do my own thing. do prefer to have a good relationship with my future roomie.
