The room is furnished in a nice decorated apartment the ad is just for a person who does not have many stuff, the room is modern looking with a high window toward to the street, big closet, chair, dresser, lamp, nice new sheet set, small fridge, balcony, and laundry. Also, We share the kitchen for a light cooking of breakfast.

There is express train which takes 35 mins to get to Manhattan in the morning, and 5 minutes walking distance to train station,
The apartment is cleaned to keep a nice and fresh environment twice a week, add we don't have pets or kids neither. No pets please, we are allergic.
