Sam H - $1,500/month

Hello! My name is Sam and I am from Plainview, Minnesota and I went to school in LaCrosse, Wisconsin. I will be graduating in May 2022 from Viterbo University with my Bachelors in the Science of Nursing and I will be a registered nurse. I will probably be working 3-4 days/week 12-hour shifts. I am not 100% sure if I am moving to NYC but am exploring the option.

I am a fairly clean person. My room might be a little messy but I keep all common spaces very clean. I'm Christian and would like a roommate that would want to go to church or do bible study but I also like to go out to bars and explore everything a city has to offer! I don't mind staying in and binging a Netflix show on a weekend either or playing games and having a glass of wine. I wouldn't mind having friends over occasionally either! I love to shop and love fashion. I also love the outdoors and going on new adventures!

I am not really that picky when it comes to roommates. I've been in college for the past 4 years and I've had 2+ roommates every single year of that. The only thing I really want in a roommate is someone who is respectful of my space and the common spaces and doesn't have people over until 4 am every night :) I would like a roommate that wants to go out and do things together but also each has our alone time.

The main reason I'm looking for a roommate is because it is so expensive to live in NYC and I think it would be easier moving to a new city where I know no one if I had a roommate to do things and meet new people with!

I would like to live in Manhattan somewhere as those are where the best hospitals are so somewhere kind of near the hospital I'm going to work at. I also do not have any pets but wouldn't mind getting a cat or something :)
