We've got a three bedroom apartment with one medium bedroom we are looking to fill. (Single Occupant Only!)
We're looking for someone who is friendly, clean, honest, independent, and professional. Someone who is stable
and able to pay their rent on time.

In the Back Bedroom, we are a gay couple in our 30s, a baker/manager and a writer/tax expert.
In the first hallway bedroom, our friend (straight, male, 30s) who works very long hours and also is a pro streamer.
For anyone who works in NYC, it's a super fast commute. Ideally people who work full time and have a solid career are
the best fit as we are professionals. We are mostly homebodies most weeknights but do enjoy going out to eat at
interesting spots, catching a good flick, or meeting up with friends. We like movies, music, fantasy, comedy, horror,
comic books, anime, gaming, rpgs, etc. Very well rounded here and enjoy getting to know all kinds of people.

Big Kitchen, Huge Living Room, Patio, Medium Sized Bedroom (All Yours), 2 Bath (You Share with the Other Hallway Bedroom; We Have Our Bathroom in the Back)
The views from each bedroom are amazing and overlook North Bergan and Seacaucus. We've got very
High speed internet, no "cable" (or satellite) as we "stream" everything. (Netflix, Amazon, etc.)
Electricity, water, and gas all covered for a flat fee of $1000 per month. No deposit required,
but we are asking for first month's rent and last month's rent in advance, so the total amount
would be $2000 on moving in (again, we are looking to fill the room as soon as reasonably possible).

Details? There's 1 Bathroom for the Two Hallway Bedrooms to Share; you'll only share with one other person!
No Pets (or Kids/Extra People)! Quiet-ish after 10 or 11pm (some of us get up at 5 or 6 AM)
and cleaning we split up each doing a chore once week and pitching in for paper towels, dish soap,
trash bags, etc. So very minimal. While we are herb/drink friendly, Cigarettes/Cigars Outside Only!
Repeating: If you smoke cigars/cigarettes, you must use the upstairs patio or go downstairs outside.

Previous Rent References (1), Current Proof of Income (2), and a Steady/Solid Job or Career is Required (3).
People on Disability / Military Retirement who are stable are also welcome. 12 months (or longer) occupants
will be given priority. We are looking for people ready to move in on November 1st (or a pinch sooner) so please contact soon!
This is an amazing place we were lucky to find (and take care of/respect); it won't be available for long.

AREA INFO The area is awesome and is located in the thick right on the border of 3 neighborhoods/towns
allowing easy access to each of them via many kinds of public transportation such as: jersey
city buses, new york city buses, independent local buses, the HB Light Rail (leading to the PATH!),
but I find my favorite is the bus (84, 85, or 119) (located just down the street) There's 3 great
grocery stores nearby, a school, several hotels, IHOP, Pizza Hut, and a Starbucks @ 5 minute walk.
It's very safe here, even at night, and there's great local restaurants and tons of delivery!
from central to jersey city to hoboken (great on grubhub) beng in the middle, everyone delivers.
