Hello, I'm looking for a young professional roommate to rent the open master bedroom of my 2 bed/2 bath condo starting July 1st. It's in a great location by the Belmont red/brown/purple line trains (only 20 min to downtown). Rent will be $1145/ month + your half of utilities (~$60/ month)
The unit has it all: open concept kitchen, stainless steel appliances, new central air/heat, new hot water heater, laundry in building, 65" HDTV, etc. You will even have your own ensuite bathroom.
About me: I'm a 29-year-old male. I'm fully vaccinated and work downtown as a technology consultant Monday - Friday. Outside of work, I enjoy cooking, biking, sports, music, and checking out new bars/restaurants. I'm clean and courteous; I would expect the same from a roommate to keep common areas clean.
