Your private upstairs space includes a furnished living room with a new reclining loveseat, 65-inch smart TV, end tables, TV stand, and a computer desk—an ideal place to relax, work remotely, or unwind after a long day. The suite also includes a generously sized private bedroom with a new queen memory-foam bed, a private full bathroom, and a large walk-in closet.

You will have a designated garage parking space, along with additional downstairs storage if needed. The home also includes shared access to a large kitchen and laundry room. Tenants are welcome to use the downstairs home gym as well.

The property is equipped with an exterior security-camera system for added peace of mind. You will also have access to the community center, which includes a large modern fitness center and swimming pool.

The home is shared with one friendly, well-trained 11-year-old Australian Shepherd mix. She is quiet, well behaved, and does not go upstairs into the tenant’s private suite.

This location is especially convenient for medical professionals, airport personnel, and professionals working in the Denver metro area. Anschutz Medical Campus is approximately 10–12 minutes away, and Denver International Airport is roughly 10 minutes northeast of the home.

I am an easygoing, clean, and respectful homeowner who enjoys music, outdoor activities, and staying active. Much of my free time is spent out of the house enjoying activities such as pickleball, tennis, hiking, and paddleboarding, so the home is generally calm and low traffic. When I am home, I keep things clean, quiet, and comfortable.

This is a great fit for an independent, responsible professional who values a clean, peaceful, and well-cared-for home base. Occasional guests are welcome with advance communication and approval. The suite is intended for single occupancy. Smoking and vaping are not permitted anywhere on the property.

Flexible month-to-month terms are available. A security deposit, credit check, and background check are required before move-in.
